You can return an item within 15 days of purchase.

All returned items must be unused and still in package with the tag. Stickers attached must still be in original condition.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. 
Any refunds will be transferred back using the original method of payment.  

*Items purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for a refund.


If you wish to return a sale item, it will only be eligible for store credit.

Gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned items purchased with a gift card will be refunded only as store credit. If you purchased an item using a gift card with another payment for remaining method, you will receive a store credit for the gift card.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 15 days of your purchase.

*How Can I Track my Order?
After your order is complete and ready to be shipped you will be sent a tracking number.
You will be also be able to track your order on the tracking website.

*Gift Wrap?
We do pack your packages safely in small box.

*Can I Pick Up My Order in Person?
We do not offer this service as we are an online only store.

*Can I add to my order after a purchase?
If you would like to add to your order after purchasing you will have to order again.

*I don't like using my credit card for online shopping, can I still make an order?
Yes you can. We are happy to take orders via email and payment through a Paypal or Zelle.

*Do You Express Post?
We can use FedEx service if you would like your order in an expedited. Additional shipping fees may apply to the services.

*Why Did My Order Arrive in Separate Packages?
If your order is from separate companies that deliver the packages. Both tracking numbers will be sent to you to allow tracking your orders online.

*Do I have to Sign for my Package?
Package will be dropped in your mail box or door as your area post office or other deliveries do. Contactless delivery service is also an option during COVID.

*I need to change the address after purchased ?
If you have noticed an error with the delivery address immediately (same day) please send us an email or use our Contact Page to notify us of the desired changes to the delivery address. Please include your order number.

Once the courier has collected the order unfortunately there is no way to change.

*Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping in select areas. Please check our options.
